A very nice section with lots of ups and downs.
There is a small café by the mill, which I unfortunately cannot recommend (as of 2019). If you can sit outside, it's sure to be nice. It's really not cool inside and the cakes are quite far from cracker.

Extreme incline / decline. Warning, coming downhill from the north, the last curve before the valley floor is not completely flat and you should brake more than less (also because of the walkers).
