The Balenberg is an isolated hill in Baal, a sub-municipality of Tremelo. It is a small, yet clear witness hill in the relatively flat surrounding South Kempen landscape. Sven Nys is not the only celebrity here, the brown fire butterfly is also the showpiece of Begijnendijk.
