St. Margaret's Church has a three-part chime dating from 1949, cast by the Rincker foundry. The bells are dedicated to St. Joseph, the Virgin Mary, and Blessed Bernard of Baden.

St. Margaret's Church has a Baroque interior with a richly decorated high altar, side altars, and several statues of saints. A historic organ and the epitaph of Pastor Cornelius Junck (†1762) complete the ensemble. A crucifixion group from 1783 stands in front of the church. The furnishings were last restored in 2009/10.

The baroque parish church of St. Margaretha in Grombach, built in 1757, has a three-part bell. The bells come from the foundry Rincker, Sinn, from the year 1949. The big bell 1 is the Josefsglocke, above it hangs as bell 2 the Marienglocke and bell 3 is dedicated to the blessed Bernhard von Baden.

The bell system underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2006.

During renovation work in 1981, a skeleton of a man wearing a wig was found in the church floor. The wig is a sign of a certain status, many people are familiar with this type of wig from judges in Great Britain. It is assumed that the skeleton was Johann Peter Moll, born 1703 in Grombach, died 1767 in Grombach. Moll was a builder and mayor in Grombach, he renewed the kth. Church and donated its furnishings.

His buildings included the upper castle in Bonfeld, St. Margaretha in Grombach, Massenbach Castle, the simultaneous church in Obergimpern, the kth. Rectory in Sinsheim (formerly Irish Pup and inn "Three Kings"), the Protestant church in Wollenberg and the sandstone columns for the gallows in Wollenberg.
