Cycling

The Greenway is only a 4.3 mile (7 km) long footpath and cycleway, mostly in the Borough of Newham, but it is a very popular one. It is a pleasant, raised recreational trail that carves a pretty direct line through East London from Beckton to Hackney. It is quite easy to continue your journey by linking your journey to the much longer Capital Ring route 78 miles (125 km) that circles all of London.
