Located here is a prehistoric landscape consisting of a 560 m long relict seawall, now replaced by a modern stone seawall, on the Wales Coast Path between Cardiff and Newport.

There are some wonderful views on offer here across the Severn Estuary toward Somerset and Devon, as well as a trig point that is the lowest in Wales.
