This little culinary gem can be found in the beautiful stork village of Wahrenberg, just behind the Elbe dyke. The owner serves 100 percent organic and regional delicacies in the former ferry house. Many of the ingredients even come from the owner's own garden. How about an egg pancake with mushrooms and herbs or gnocchi with sage and chicory salad?
