Hiking

The views from Wilmington Hill are quite something. You can look along the ridges of the South Downs, and over a vast blanket of patchwork fields as far as the eye can see. The South Downs Way passes close by here and the Long Man of Wilmington stands on the hillside, as he has done for around 600 years. There's plenty of hiking to be had in these hills and this isn't the only exceptional viewpoint by far.
