Nestled in a valley between the hills of the South Downs, Folkington is a lovely little village. Like many in the region, it is centred around its manor house, Folkington Manor and it is also home to the pretty Church of St Peter ad Vincula.

There is much to do and see in the surrounding countryside. Just to the west is the Long Man of Wilmington, a mysterious chalk hill figure. The South Downs, with their trademark springy turf, are always a great adventure, whilst the trails found in Friston Forest are a short way to the south.
