Leigh Woods is a tranquil nature reserve situated next to the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge. With a delightful mix of broadleaf woodland, open grassy glades, and much flora and fauna, the reserve’s waymarked trails lead you to breathtaking viewpoints over Bristol, the suspension bridge crossing the Avon Gorge, and beyond. The woodland is in the care of the National Trust.

Mountain biking

Really gentle for a spin especially on a Gravel bike.

Do be careful because some of the trails are denoted as no bikes and reserved for walkers. Be considerate so that we all get to share and enjoy the woodland.
