The Schwerin dump is the tailings dump of the former Graf Schwerin colliery in Castrop-Rauxel in the district of Schwerin, which was shut down in 1967. Today, at 151 m above sea level, it is the highest elevation in Castrop-Rauxel[1] and towers over the 135 m highest natural elevations of the Castrop Heights.
