Very beautiful area around the Vogelherd Cave, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. On the way to the Archaeopark, numerous information boards explain the history of the cave and the stone-age works of art made of ivory found there, which are among the oldest in the world (30,000 - 40,000 years old). During this period, just 10,000 people lived in only a few settlements in what is now Baden-Württemberg. You only have to pay admission to visit the Archäopark and the Vogelherd Cave, the café can be entered free of charge.
