There is plenty to do for young and old in the De Oostvaarders Nature Experience Center! Have you always wanted to know everything about the flora and fauna of the Oostvaardersplassen? Then you can go here for all the information. Before you start a walking or cycling route, you can also enjoy a cup of coffee here. There is also a Panorama Room, from which you can observe the surroundings and animals with binoculars.

The futuristic-looking building with dark wooden cladding and a yellow entrance facade is the De Oostvaarders visitor center. Here you can find out everything about the unique marshland Oostvaarderplassen, which lies between Almere and Lelystad. Excursions and events for young and old complement the exhibition in the building.
On the ground floor there is the Paviljoen restaurant, where you can fortify yourself before or after a bike ride. The view over the Oostvaarderplassen is simply fantastic.
