The Selchower Flutgraben is the left tributary of the Dahme in Brandenburg. It is used to drain off excess rainwater from Berlin Brandenburg Airport when the basins on the airport grounds and the rain retention basin in Rotberg are filled. The water is throttled by the Waltersdorf weir. In the Flutgrabenaue Waltersdorf, the waters can then also overflow.Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selchower_Flutgraben and schulzendorf.de/news/1/402988/nachrichten/ableitung-niederschlagswasser-in-den-selchower-flutgraben.html
