Hagensdorf - Catholic parish church hl. Cosmas and Damian
History: The parish was founded in the Middle Ages. A church is mentioned for the first time in 1418. It probably stood on the cemetery hill in Luising. In 1656 the church in Hagensdorf becomes part of the Heiligenbrunn parish. The present building was partly built in 1788 from the material of the old church and raised again to a parish. In 1878, ninety years later, it was enlarged.

Hiked past here on my Grenzland Weinidylle hike. The beautiful church dominates the townscape. Not far from there is the war memorial with a resting place and a drinking fountain.
