The Chapel Lorette or Chapel of Our Lady of Loreto is a chapel in the Flemish Ardennes on the south flank of the Muziekberg, in the IJsmolenstraat near the Muziekbos in Ronse, Belgium. The chapel was built in 1676 by the then pastor of the Saint Martin parish Christophe De le Tenre on land donated by farmer Hermes Haustraete. In this way the faithful could go to mass on Sunday without having to go to Ronse. The brick chapel with a sandstone plinth is a rectangular building with a small choir. The gable roof is covered with slates. During the French Revolution, the chapel was sold to a local farmer, who used the building as a barn. Some families bought the building from the farmer at the beginning of the 19th century. The building has been reopened since 1922. The annual Fiertel stops there and the annual Novena of Annunciation (around March 25) is still held there. The chapel has been listed as a monument since 1947.

Beautiful old chapel, located on the flank of the Witness Hills, unfortunately it was not accessible during our visit.
Still worth reading the info panel and discovering the history of the chapel.
