If you walk from Thalkirchen to Tierpark, you will automatically pass the quaint Stadl with 75 outdoor seats. Located directly on the Schinderbrücke, the beer garden kiosk is only a five-minute walk away from its "big brother", the beer garden "Zum Flaucher". In Schinderstadl there are cold and warm snacks and changing daily specials. Isar strollers like to come for a coffee and a piece of homemade cake. In summer, the grill station beckons, in winter the scent of hearty soups and stews pave the way and throughout the year, the fresh draft beer of Löwenbräu and Franziskaner tastes.

The Schinderstadel belonged to the knacker, once called "Schinder". Today the water watch uses the building. There is also a small beer bar. From here the Flauchersteg (foot and bike bridge) goes over the Isar on the eastern side to Untergiesing - Harlaching.
