One of the highlights of the Monfragüe National Park is the Roquedo de Peña Falcón, or more popularly known as “el Salto del Gitano”. The park is a Special Protection Area for Birds and from this point you can see a large number of griffon vulture nests and, depending on the season, many other birds of prey.
