Respect if you can ride this out! Starting at Fremington with a steep, rough section on (sort of) tarmac. It climbs & climbs steeply towards the White farmhouse, where the made surface expires. The rough track remains climbable for a while dependent on skill & power level (& traction). It gets rougher & steeper still (thanks, greenlaners). I've always had to walk around here. Maybe with a full-sus & fat tyres? & a motor??

Brilliant views if you take the time to stop. Descend back or into Hurst. From Hurst there's a technical descent to Langthwaite or gravel tracks to the north towards Stang forest.
