Marina De Meerpaal in Lommel is located on the canal from Bocholt to Herentals. There are 45 berths and the harbor is located at cycling junctions 227 and 228, but is also the starting point for various walks. You can walk along the canal, to the De Watering nature reserve, in the woods of the Heuvelse Heide and in the Heuvelse Heide nature reserve itself, a beautiful and peaceful remnant of a once very extensive heathland.
