Chemin Bleu (Chambrelien–Champ du Moulin)

Crisp single trail from Chambrelien to Champ du Moulin. The trail runs parallel to the steep north flank of the Areuse Gorge. (Gorges de l'Areuse). The trail is sometimes very narrow, blocked and has rough roots. Some sections of the route lead steeply up and others down again. Only suitable for experienced bikers. These will be a lot of fun.

Great technical challenge, with the (e) MTB I would avoid beautiful hiking days, as it is very narrow and difficult to cross.

Basically you're right, Habi. With enough respect and decency, it works very well. When you talk to the hikers, you have many nice encounters. You are not on a racetrack. Unfortunately, not all bikers adhere to this behavior. By the way, there are areas where biker tourism is promoted parallel to hiking. Bikes are also used there on hiking trails (e.g. Zermatt or Saas-Fee).
