The parish church of St. Jacob is a late Gothic three-aisled pseudo-basilica that was built at the end of the 15th century using parts of a previous building. It was restored after a fire in 1536. The baroque furnishings from 1683 were removed during a regothicization after 1850. In 1936, according to a plan by Heinrich Hauberrisser from Regensburg, the central nave was expanded to the west and the northern side aisle was also extended by a yoke.
