Tips
The Zwickel is a crossroads above Melsungen-Kehrenbach. Two important historical trade routes intersect there: the Sälzerweg and the Schusterpfad. A large boulder marks the intersection and a beautiful colorful sign explains the spandrel. In spring 2024, a new bench and a new forest sofa are to be set up here and approx. 100 meters away - with a view of Kehrenbach. At the Zwickel there is an art installation from the Ars Natura Foundation: "Masses of rabbits in colored dimensions" by Ewald Rumpf from Remsfeld. These rabbits can also be found, for example, on the Ars-Natura Nausis panoramic circular route.
