Lago di Vedana is a small, natural body of water located at the foot of Piz di Vedana, in a quiet and protected environment on the edge of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. Surrounded by woods and the typical masiere (stone terraces) of Val Cordevole, the lake offers a tranquil and secluded landscape, ideal for a short panoramic stop.
Its waters are clear and calm, fed by underground springs and small seasonal outflows. The area is rich in aquatic fauna and birdlife, with very suggestive views towards the Certosa di Vedana, which is located nearby.
