The votive church dating back to the fifteenth century is located at the intersection of two roads where a well once stood. It is located outside the town of Pozzo, on the road that leads to the Tagliamento. It is possible to reach it both from the asphalted road and from the dirt road.

Classroom building, facing South-North, raised by four steps from the countryside level; presbytery of lower volume with a trilateral apse to which the ancient choir is grafted on the axis behind it, now used as a chapel and sacristy. The façade is preceded by a low two-pitched portico open on three sides with round arches; a raised frame decorates the tympanum. Gabled façade with raised cornice under the eaves and ventilation oculus; on the apex the bell lancet window; stone portal flanked by two rectangular windows under which two stone seats are set. The interior has an exposed ceiling with wooden trusses, purlins and terracotta tiles; two rectangular windows on each side. The presbytery, raised by a step, overlooks through the pointed arch arch, cross-vaulted with ribs, illuminated by two opposing rectangular windows. Internal apse from which, through two ogival gates closed by wrought iron gate at the ends of the altar, you enter the room behind it used as a sacristy, illuminated by two opposing rectangular windows. Fragments of frescoes near the presbytery. Venetian seminato flooring with phytoform decorations in the central lane.
