Steamwasserij De IJsselstroom is a characteristic industrial building. Located in a prime location in the floodplains of the IJssel near Zutphen. The "Waschinrichting IJsselstroom" was built in 1911 in the style of the late Jugendstil. After a major fire in 1919, three shed roofs were installed and the chimney's length was doubled. This gave the building the appearance of a small factory. From 1955 to 1970 the building was used as a fish processing company.
