This small stretch of sandy beach looks nice but is very dangerous if you intend to go for a dip in the water. There is a so-called ripple current here, which pulls you slightly into the open sea. The current is easy to observe, especially at high tide. A fall in the outgoing waves can be life-threatening, especially since the current is strong. And yet there are death-defying people (see photo) who dive chest-deep into the water, according to the motto, "It always went well."
