This is a pleasant trail along the northern banks of the River Medway near Tonbridge in Kent. With meadows and woodland, birds singing and dragonflies zipping about, there is much to enjoy. After a stroll, I'd recommend the motte-and-bailey gatehouse at Tonbridge Castle, a fine sight.
