The church in Loibichl is dedicated to St. Consecrated to Joseph. It is one of those churches that were built after the Second World War by returnees from both world wars as thanks for their happy homecoming and in memory of the fallen. It is therefore also called the "War Memorial Church".

The church was consecrated in 1948 and renovations took place in 1982 and 2010.
