Adolf Henrik Lindstrøm (born May 17, 1866 in Hammerfest, died September 21, 1939 in Oslo) was a Norwegian chef and polar explorer.
Lindstrøm, who came from Kven, took part as a cook in Otto Sverdrup's "Fram" expedition in 1898-1902. He later accompanied Roald Amundsen in the discovery of the Northwest Passage with the "Gjøa" in 1903-1906 and in the great Fram expedition in 1910-1912 .He also took part in two expeditions to Siberia in 1914-1916.

Lindstrøm was tall and cheerful and, unlike the other members of the expedition, rarely left the ship. The only thing that could lure the chef outside was the opportunity to hunt grouse. Fresh products were of course very popular on these long expeditions. Lindstrøm was also a calm and level-headed man and an important member of the team when "polar nerves" and homesickness set in during the long darkness and after several years on the ice.

Roald Amundsen wrote about him in his diary on April 5, 1911: "He has rendered greater and more valuable services to the Norwegian polar expeditions than any other man."

In 1906 Lindstrøm was made a Knight of the Order of St. Olav "for daring seamanship". He received the Fram Medal and the South Pole Medal.
Lindstrøm is often associated with the dish Biff à la Lindström.
