Josef von Schemmerl Bridge, Danube Canal Bridge over the Nussdorf Weir designed by Otto Wagner from 1894-1898, named by the Commission for Transport Systems on May 7, 1907 after the hydraulic engineer Joseph Maria Schemerl von Leythenbach. The bridge is the northernmost Vienna Danube Canal Bridge and is located directly at the branch of the Danube Canal from the main river of the Danube at the Brigittenauer Sporn.

The Schemerl Bridge was built in the course of the weir and lock system, where the Danube Canal branches off from the Danube.
