The Biggesee (also Biggetalsperre) is an 8.76 km² large reservoir in the district of Olpe in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). With the Listertalsperre, which serves as the forebay, it has a maximum volume of 171.7 million m3. This makes it one of the largest reservoirs in Germany.
The Biggesee, whose dam was built between 1956 and 1965, serves to regulate the Bigge, Lenne and Ruhr as well as to supply water to the Ruhr area, among others.
