Nice quite Lane from the original Nelsons Column (Portsdown Hill) down towards the Southwick Lanes. A good route that avoids the traffic when climbing up Portsdown Hill :)

The original Nelson's Monument and with an interesting back story that is worth reading about on the info board. Great view over Portsmouth and back over the Widley valley too.
