On way back after crossing over A120 on bridge go left to Walnuttree Green / Uptick Hall on Bridalway 10 then right on road towards Farnham to avoid the wet clay.

Found the path between Chickney Springs and Springate Farm approaching from Chickney Rd and the field wasn't cordoned off for the horses. Easy to be on the wrong side of the hedge approaching from the east.
