Road cycling

A parish church in Muttensweiler is already mentioned in 1275. The current Catholic Church of St. Jakobus was built in 1750/51 by the Schussenried monastery. It is the first work of the monastery builder Jakob Emele. His grandfather and father lived temporarily in Muttensweiler. Georg Lechner from Wettenhausen made the stucco work. The organ gallery was installed later. Addition of the sacristy in 1901. Until the monastery was dissolved in 1803, this church was "Wechselpfarrei" with Steinhausen. Now a branch church of Steinhausen, Biberach deanery.
