Mountain biking
Wonderful ascent from Ellen via the Walder Alm to the summit of the Astjoch at 2,200 meters. Demanding tour also alternatively with the e-bike. On the last 200 meters ascent, you probably have to push or carry your bike. Breathtaking views in all directions, to the Kronplatz or depending on the weather to the main alpine ridge. Ingenious descent from the summit through the forest to Ellen and further to Mondtal - endless turns! ;)
