Cima Lasta, sometimes referred to by the toponym Giogo d'Asta (Astjoch) or Burgstall, is the highest elevation on the Alpe di Rodengo and Luson (Lüsner und Rodenecker Alm). It is part of the Luson Mountains and falls within the South-Eastern Alps. Thanks to its free and central position, from its 2,194 m you can enjoy a vast panorama, as well as on the nearest chains of the Pfunders Mountains, the Aurine and Sarntal Alps and on some Dolomites, the view extends as far as the Breonie and Ötztal Alps and at Ortles.

Awesome panorama path.
At the moment the Starkfeldhütte is being renovated or rebuilt - it should be ready by summer 2019.
That looks incredibly attractive. A lot of wood is used there, a great outdoor terrace! 😀
