The sculptor Reinhard Dachlauer (1922-1995) often visited Eckarts in his youth and ultimately spent his twilight years here with his wife Else Dachlauer. In 2006, Else Dachlauer donated the sculptures installed here to commemorate this time. Reinhard Dachlauer's best-known bronze sculptures are Bull & Bear as symbols of the typical stock market boom and bust, set up on the stock exchange square in Frankfurt am Main - seen here in miniature in Eckarts.
