Court Kretchman or Polish Dawna karczma sądowa from the 18th century. In both cases you don't know what it was. But with a little knowledge of Polish it becomes clear: karczma = inn and sąd = court. It was a court inn. The "Kretschman" (German) is an inn, I would never have thought of that.
