The source of Rodebach (Roodebeek) is in the small village of Siepenbusch. Until Gillrath it is also known as the Teverener Bach. From about Stahe to shortly before Mindergangelt flows along the German / Dutch border to get there with the Roodebeek (Rodebach), which rises in the "Brunssumer Heide"; to unite. Then it goes sometimes on German - and sometimes on Dutch territory until it flows into the "Geleenbeek" on Dutch territory.
