An alternative to the beach or city center walk is this hike at the crown of the old city wall. In the niches of the bastion there are small amphitheaters or sports facilities, in the middle of the hike is the unorthodox grave of the Nobel Prize winner Nikos Kazantzakis (Alexis Zorbas). And again and again wonderful views of the city, the surrounding mountains and the sea.
