Dating back to the fourteenth century, the church of Santa Caterina rises along the homonymous street, traveled by pilgrims during the Middle Ages. As evidence of this statement, the presence of a large portico and a fresco depicting St. Christopher, the protector of travelers. The internal environment, with a single room, is dominated by a roof with wooden trusses. The presbytery, with a square plan, is slightly raised and has a roof with ribbed vaults. The sacristy body is laterally attached to the choir. The main entrance portal is architraved, with a jutting coping at the end. To his right a small, framed, rectangular window. There are three openings in the hall: two semicircular ones on the left side and a polylobed Gothic one on the right side. On the left of the apse, partially incorporated, is the square-plan bell tower in exposed stone. On the belfry (with mullioned windows with round arches) rest a polygonal drum, with blind arches, and an onion spire (metal sheet covering). The apical element is composed of a metal cross on a support bulb.
