In addition to the tendering lake, there are three smaller quarry ponds that were created by silting out. The shore on the southern lake is relatively overgrown. However, there are many narrow entrances with idyllic little bays that allow a beautiful view over the lake. The path along the lake leads through a forest and along the edge of a field and can be easily managed both on foot and by bike.
