The location is terrific, especially in good weather, but you can not call that as a bar temporarily: down at the front desk you could buy a drink in my time and then sit comfortably on deck, but no one has cleared the glasses used, etc, it There was no service, so I would not really call that a bar. Nice and stylish it has been anyway.
