A trip to the large fishing pond is worth it if you are looking for some peace and quiet and close to nature. You should keep quiet, then you won't disturb any anglers, you can watch animals and reflect 🙃

Right here is another water puncture to the fishing club/pond.
Before the new dyke was built 100 years ago, ships used to sail here close to the town of Borkum.
Today's ferry port with its dam was built much later😉

Because it is a quiet, contemplative place: sheep graze and next door you can fish with a fishing license. A really beautiful piece of earth/water 💫
