The 6-hectare park on Wahnfriedallee in the Priel district consists of a partially hilly meadow zone with surrounding paths and is separated into two parts by Effnerstraße. The lesser-known district of Priel in Bogenhausen is located above the Herzogpark on the Isar high bank. The area is built on with a villa colony ("Am Priel-Hof") and single-family houses (Gartenstadt Bogenhausen-Priel). The allotment garden around the "Schlösselgarten" is located on the eastern edge of the Priel. The Bogenhausen Clinic and the Hügelhaus in Titurelstrasse are among the modern developments on the Priel. The relaxation room in the western part of the park on Wahnfriedallee with benches and flowers is located at the rear of the hill house on Titurelstraße. From here you can see the customs house on Oberföhringer Straße, which concisely marks the end of the Priel district and the beginning of Oberföhring. From the Wahnfriedallee there is a connection to the allotment garden of the "Schlösselgarten", which is adjacent to the south.
