The Glasi is very much to be recommended because at the end of the tour you can even taste the glass blowing.
The entrance is very family friendly.

The 20 meter high glass tower was built in 2017 to mark the 200th anniversary of Glasi Hergiswil. It consists of 24 tons of steel and 672 hand-cast glass plates (7 tons) from the Glasi. It stands on a 60 cm thick concrete base, which rests on 21 micropiles, each 30 meters long. The tower is a tribute to all Glasi employees and at the same time a memorial to the founding Siegwart family. Above all, it also stands for two generations of Niederers, in which a glassworks was created that is probably unique in the world.

A visit to the "Glasi" in Hergiswil is also well worth it with children. In addition to the first and second choice shop and the cafe, there is also a mirror labyrinth, games and experiments made of glass and a fairy tale path with stations. Outside there are water games by the lake, a large glass ball track, a sandpit with excavators, a huge kite to climb, ... Simply great!!
