The Rotzloch is a small patch of shore (437 m above sea level) between the Rotzberg (672 m above sea level) with the Rotzberg castle ruins and the Alpnachersee (436 m above sea level). The village and the industrial area are separated by the Mehlbach, which forms the municipal border between Ennetmoos and Stansstad up to the middle of the Rotzschlucht.
