The Danmarks Flymuseum, Denmark's "flying" museum & air force museum, is an aircraft museum in Skjern, Denmark, in the Stauning district (on the west coast of Jutland). The museum has an extensive collection of historic Scandinavian aircraft.

The museum was founded on April 19, 1975 by members of the KZ & Veteranenflugzeug Club (KZ = Constructors V. Kramme and K.G. Zeuthen). In 1977 150,000 crowns were collected, for which a piece of land was acquired from Stauning Airport. A 1448 m² hall was already completed by the end of the year. In 1981 a wing with social rooms and a workshop was completed and the museum was opened to visitors. A second hall of the same size was inaugurated on April 20, 1991. This building was financially supported by the district of Ringköping, the city councils of Skjren, Egvad and Ringkøbing as well as many companies and private individuals.

On September 12, 2006 a third hall with a total of 3000 m² and a representative entrance area was opened. The construction costs totaled 16.2 million Danish kroner.

The collection shows all 11 types of concentration camp aircraft that were designed between 1937 and 1953 by the designers V. Kramme and K. G. Zeuthen and built by Skandinavisk Aero Industri A / S (SAI). A total of over 50 aircraft are exhibited, 16 of which are currently airworthy. Once a year, these exhibits are presented as part of an air show.

Right next to the active airport there is an interesting aviation museum.

The museum is worth seeing as well as the fact that you can start bike tours (e.g. around the Ringkoebing Fjord) from here. The museum also participates in Pintrip!
