In the chancel of the church there is an altarpiece made in 1670. It was made by the Doberlug-based cabinet maker Abraham Jäger. The painting was done by Christoph Krause from Grossenhain. Abraham Jäger also created the wooden baptismal font, which is located in the middle of the choir.

Andreas Schultze from Torgau created the gilded pulpit from 1664 to 1666 as his main artistic work. Christian Mätschke from Leipzig took care of the setting and gilding. While the staircase to the pulpit, the supports and the pulpit basket were made of sandstone, the pulpit door and the sound cover were made of wood.

There are also various epitaphs and tombstones from the period between 1750 and 1850 in the church. Galleries with boxes are built into the side aisles.

The organ in the western gallery was built in 1672 and 1673 by the Leipzig organ builder Christoph Donat. It is one of the most important historical organs in Brandenburg. Christian Mätzschke probably created the prospectus. In 1873 the instrument was rebuilt and from 1959 to 1977 it was reconstructed, restored and expanded by Schuke Orgelbau.

The slider chest instrument has 44 registers on three manuals and pedal. The actions are mechanical.[1][2] The organ has mechanical elements that come into action when played. Angel figures lead trumpets to their mouths, the sun and moon begin to rotate.
