The Brenner Alm at 1,250 m is a fantastically beautiful and cozy alp on the local mountain near Ellmau. Designed with great attention to detail, a cozy large fireplace in the dining room and a beautiful sun terrace with a fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Inn Valley. Next to the hut is a little church.

The direct way up the paved road from Ellmau is not so nice for hiking - for cyclists or mountain bikers but certainly a small challenge - but in bad weather a good choice if you want to move something. If not, parking is available at the Alm.

Special tip: The gastronomy is the finest! Highly recommended is the traditional mountain breakfast, which takes place every Sunday from May to October between 08.00 and 11.30. Starting with various cheeses, dairy products, lactose-free products, homemade jams, beekeeping honey, grain corner, homemade. Bircher muesli, gluten-free products, fruit basket and fruit salad, Tyrolean ham, bacon and sausage specialties are all about what is a good breakfast over warm Leberkäs, smoked salmon and smoked trout fillets, oven-fresh bread and pastries, homemade cake and fresh waffles. Also, fruit juices from the buffet, coffee, tea & cocoa in pitchers are included in the price of € 17.00 per person. An experience of a very special kind.

And a very special insider tip: on Mother's Day, a fantastic brunch is held on the Brenneralm. Early (!) Reservations are essential, as it is booked out very quickly. Again, from the breakfast buffet, a cold buffet to hot dishes (including game) and desserts really everything to find. This is a fantastic gift and certainly an unforgettable Mother's Day ...
